Anyone selling?

Hi Guys,

Just thought that I would post something here.

I am interested in buying a 3.2, (G50 ideally, but would be happy with a 915)and wanted to see if there were any other enthusiasts out there that may be selling?

True Porsche Nut, and after a 3.2, must have good service, and to have been looked after.

I do have an ideal of what would be ultimate, but condition is more important, in finding the right car.

Just wanted to put this up here, so that if anyone was thinking about selling, and wanted their car to go to a good home, then I may be able to help.

Happy to speak to anyone, e mail or please call me. Thanks for your time.

Good luck Steve! Great cars; always regret selling my 3.2 Targa. Rather different from your 996tt though..........and make sure you get it inspected by someone who knows what they are looking at!

This could be wirth a look, on DDK. Strong money, but low miles and if in good condition, a good buy.

That's a lot of money.

Looks nice in the pics, but it's had a bare metal re-spray and clearly rust issues. And, I'd rather see an OPC/known specialist history.

Would definitely warrant a detailed and expert inspection, imo.

Finding a 25 year old IB that hasn't had some work due to rust is near on impossible, Rust is the big issue one needs to be wary of.

I'd buy one that has had all the issued sorted, photo documentation of the work carried out and a PPI should prove condition

£30k+ for a low miler is now the norm unfortunately (good for us that own them [:)]), good condition cars with 100k+ mileage are mid to late twenties

Hi guys, thanks for your comments and also help, it's appreciated.

I am looking for a keeping, with a strong service history, with verified mileage.

I will be having an inspection done too. The good ones seem to go quickly, so ideally would like to get to a car before it goes up, and a dealer gets it!

I haven't been able to call the guy re the DDK car, but if anyone knows his details that would be well worth a chat!

Thanks agai
