Kennyboy.

I can't help you with your 996, but I do have a superb 993C2s for sale. I have reduced the price by £1k as I have now found a new car as its' replacement.

See below for details:

993 Carrera 2S, RHD 1997, only 23,000 miles from new. Wide body car in Artic Silver with Black leather. Vario-Ram, sports exhaust boxes (originals available). A/C, Sun Roof, 18" Turbo 'hollow spoke' Alloy Wheels with crested centres. PA1000 Alarm/Immobiliser with all keys and red master. Comprehensive 'OPC' service history. Regually Zymolled

I spent over six months looking for this car and it is in superb condition throughout. It is now for sale due to a pending purchase of a GT3.

If you are after one of the best examples available and would like more details about this cherished car, either email jc@visualeye.biz or phone 07973 753150. Pictures available.

£39,950 No offers or time wasters

Cheers

sounds the perfect car Jonathan - I'd happily take the black interior for that mileage and spec.....

problem is I must do this at no extra cost - i.e. the cost of moving my 996 and getting the 993 must be basically at no cost and I'd never get £40k for my 996 now... shame.

enjoy the gt3 when it arrives!

all the best.

Shame.

I'm not really up on 996 prices, but it's interesting that good 993's seam to worth more than early 996's.

As I said I'll let the car go for a liittle less than the asking price, it'll be a shame for somebody to have to pay a dealer an extra £3-£4k for it.

Good luck
Jonathan

Dear Kenny. IIRC you were warned not to!![&:]

Happy New Year and I hope you find what you are looking for.

Laura - yeah you were right but it took time away to realise these are the best - plus I'm coming back to an 'S' which will be nice!

Jonathan - I'm not getting any luck with the swap idea so I might sell and buy. is it possible you could email me the full details of your car with pictures?

thanks

I've had a couple of narrow body's Ian - I'm in love with the shape of the wide bodied cars.... it's curtains for me, I'm going to Malton on Sunday!

I think there's a reason why Malton'$ still have a few widebodies which have not flown off the shelves... There are quite a few A1 condition widebodies being sold privately or via independent buyers/sellers which, imho, offer far better VFM. If you like a car there, I would haggle HARD.

Just my £0.02.

There's a very nice LHD C2S on Pistonheads at present...

yeah they do seem to have a premium there over other cars..... I'll certainly heed your advice.

LHD not for me......erm.... but come to think about it...

Kenny, not fancy this one ?? Check out the members for sale, don't pay Malton £43+ for cars with higher mileage
