Approved Gearbox Fluid & Axle Drive Fluid

I've tried searching but cant see the wood for the trees so to speak.....

Can someone point me to an approved list or let me know the recommended/approved tiptronic fluids and axle fluids?

Thats fantastic.......... just what I was after.

I suspect that an indie had replaced my fluids last year with some "costcutter" equivalent. As I drive the car around 400 miles a week, I immediately noticed a difference, but I cant get any info on what's in the car now. Could be paranoia or possibly the gearbox packing up (I doubt it though, even after 144k), but its due for replacement, so I want to make sure its correct this time.
