Deb and I have just returned from 2 enjoyable days, well spent at Cornbury House. (PCGB HQ for those who don't realise). Saturday covered lots of items and ideas from start to finish, prior to Sundays AGM, which I can relay to you at our next meeting. What is very apparent at these meetings (this being only our second) how much passion, motivation, knowlege and enthuasim is evident within our club.
I feel we have had a very productive two days and have used this time to network with other regions, some of which I hope we can manage to organise future runs and experiences with in the near future.
I truly believe these are very exciting times for our club. The guys and girls from the Cornbury House team only have one desire. That desire is to endeavor to make PCGB the very best it can possibly be for all it's members. I know several of you have had help from George at HQ to get on this forum, and the whole Cornbury House team have been an invaluable support to me when I took over the RO's position.
At todays AGM Peter Bull stepped down as Chairman after completing his alloted term and will be greatly missed I'm sure. It was hugely apparent at the end of the meeting just how much this meant to Peter and may I be first to wish him all the very best from R3; some very big shoes to fill indeed.

Glad you benefitted from the weekend Greg and Deb, was good to see you.

The Board and the Cornbury House team are genuinely passionate and enthusiastic; as you say, we are striving for excellence all round.

I'm sure R3 will have a great 2016 with you guys at the helm and you know where to ask if you need any help.

All the best.

Thank you Deb and Greg.
It was good to see you both again and I can also see the passion that you both have to continue the traditions of PCGB.
Apologies for being rather emotional at the end and spoiling proceedings, but I am not good at accepting compliments, especially when it comes to standing ovations.
Rob will be a great Chairman and ensure we all have much to look forward to.
