Archery / Clay Shooting Event

We are going to hold the archery / clay event on Tuesday May 31st starting at 6.30pm. This will be at Witton Gilbert just outside Durham see www.broomhousedurham.co.uk for venue details.
The cost will be £25 per head and there will be an opportunity to eat in the restaurant/cafe afterwards. The event is limited to a max of 20 people and we have 4 names down now. Please can you let me know on this thread if you'd like to attend asap.

We need to get some firm numbers for this now please so either email Ashley at the R3 email address or add a line to this thread.

Not sure if the date is a problem if thats why no-one signed up for it via the forum please let me know.

Sorry about the times but we need to do it while its still light and as so much is planned for weekends we thought we'd try to include some evening events. Maybe a friday would have been better?

I currently have 11 people signed up for this but i need another 9 to make it viable. Please let me know if you want to come. I'll need definite numbers by the end of April or I'll have to cancel it.

Good News for those of you signed up, they will still run it for the same price so long as the numbers don't drop any further.

We may also have to make other arrangements (the local pub?) for eating as i don't think it will be worth their while to open the cafe for this number.

I will need your cheques payable to Fury Events Ltd by the end of April please. If you won't be at the next meeting or want to send me the cheque thats fine so long as i receive it by end of April.
