Are any of you attending the club’s Anglesey track day on the 15th May?

I was hoping to head over but I believe no spectators are allowed? If that changes I'll be there but I don't hold out much hope!

Further to Dave (Twinfan’s) excellent track day thread, I am starting a thread as suggested specifically for the forthcoming PCGB Anglesey track day, which Covid permitting is due to take place on Saturday the 15th May.

After a brief sabbatical whilst we have had some building work done at home, I have been busy getting some miles on my Cayman ready for Anglesey and am now up to just over 1,250 miles on the clock, so should my car should be well run in by the time I go to Anglesey.

It would be great to meet some other Cayman owners on the day if any of you are going too?

If you would like to attend this event, it might be worth asking Mandy at Cornbury House to add you to the reserve list.

Yep, Martin, I'm going to be there in my Saphire Blue 981 Cayman GTS! Looking forward to it, as the car's barely been used in the last year (obviously).

Yep, I was looking into it but with no overnight stay possible I decided against it. It sold out again very quickly though despite that limitation!

 
Twinfan, 'self contained accommodation' is allowed, but normal hotels are not. I've got myself a little one room apartment from Airbnb on the English side of the border for the night before and after. It's very short notice, but you may be able to find something!

 
Thanks Steven. I was looking at locak B&Bs which turned out to be a no-go once I realised restrictions were still in place.

All the places are sold now, they went quickly!
