Arley and Loton

Should be a good Porsche weekend for us this coming weekend.

On Sunday (11th) is our main region event - 'Porsches at Arley Hall'. Last year I think there were about 100 Porsches there, so hoping for a similar number this year.

The day before (10th), the club speed championship is not too far away at Loton Park in Shropshire. I'll be zipping down to see the boys in action [:)]

I'm really pushing for more regional support for these events if they so wish...

An ideal marketing oppurtunity for PCGB

At the moment we're just a collection of Porsches throwing ourselves up the hills with no indication that this is a PCGB championship!!

Flag and membership leaflets at least...

Very much a social event as we spend most of the day sitting around talking BS interspersed by four orgasmic runs up the hill.......

Please do support R5's Arley Hall event next Sunday (11 Sept), but take note if you share a track with Steve: either his eyesight is failing or he cannot count! There were close to 200 Porsches at the 2010 event and we're hoping to better that this year.

I'll be too busy this year to go to Loton Park, but have a good day.
