For our August Tuesday meeting we are taking our monthly meet to the south of the region, to give the opportunity for an evening out to meet members in that area. The venue is the Malvern Hills Hotel, Wynds Point, Little Malvern WR13 6DW (on the A449 between Ledbury and Little Malvern, by British Camp). http://www.malvernhillshotel.co.uk/index.php

Hi All

I need to take the laptop + diagnostics software tonight so I thought I would kill 2 birds with one stone and offer a quick diagnostic session to anyone interested. I will probably ask for a £15 donation to charity "" cancer research.

It would be a very quick check, but always very interesting. I can look at most cars, 964 onwards.

Things I can readily check:
Quick check of fault codes
Engine hours "" to verify cluster mileage (pandoras box!)
Camshaft deviation "" early signs of IMS problems
Over-rev counter "" indication of how a car has been used
Reset service counter

+ more

See you later

Kind Regards
