Who's going to Husbourne?

Any times?

Anyone going anticlock round M25 wanting to meet up?

Can someone give me an address? [8|]

Thanks

I'm undecided but leaning toward going. I can't think of anything I need just now that might be there and I don't want to find myself tempted by something I don't need yet, but if the weather is nice it'll be fun just as a meet.

I'm coming from totally the opposite direction though - well, up the M1 for the last bit is the same I guess.

I think I might go.

There's a car park opposite.

Considering it, but its a long way and I don't really need anything. If the weather forecast is good I will probably make the effort

I'll be there. I should be picking up some bits from Simon Butterworth, including Turbot cylinder head and inlet manifold that are going off to be 'modified' [:D][:D][:D]

Anyone fancy doing the morning at Husborne, pub lunch and then Bedford Aerodrome RMA track day to watch the 944 & 968's (Mark & Keith) ??

Could be fun [:)][:)]

Rick.

Hi All

I am going to come along and see if there are any goodies I need.

This will be the first outing in the Turbo to an autojumble or organised day out as I have only had her 3/4 weeks.

Was going to go to Market Harborough last night to the PCGB Club meet, but unfortunately the car is in having its brakes done.

Hope to see some of you there.

Cheers

Lee

I'll be there flogging TiAL wategates for a fiver each

Excellent [:D] I'll take three. Can you deliver them to Warwick as I have to work [:'(]

If people are going to meet up and have not met before can I just advise you email eachother your car Reg or mobile numbers as it gets pretty busy and you'll never 'bump' into eachother otherwise. Which is quite depressing if you've just driven 100 miles to chat about 944's and can't find anyone

Or wear your Forum Badge.

I'll be easy to spot - I'll be the one getting beaten up by the 912 gang (they will be wearing DDK jackets apparently[;)])

Hi Rick,

Is anyone welcome to pop up to the aerodrome at Bedford for a look. If so I would be up fo it and if so what time are people going there?

I will be down to Husbourne about 10 ish.

Is this a fairly big affair? This is my first Porsche jumble??

Cheers

Lee

For those who might want to meet up on Saturday, or for those who wish to avoid me [;)] my plans are:-

7:56 depart my humble abode in Hockley Essex
8:31 Join M25 @ J29
8:57 Arrive South Mimms services where I will wait for 30 minutes (might even have a burger)
9:27 Depart South Mimms
9:37 Join M1
9:40 Pass junction 8
9:45 Pass junction 10
9:58 Arrive J13

Anyone wishing to meet up or intercept me please ring 0788 7791913

Please note that, having just been had for speeding [:(] I'm in that initial circumspect period at the moment, so I whon't be scorching any speed limits. Sorry to be boring but I guess it's best to come clean at the begining so no one is disapointed.

Can you be a little less vague?

Sorry about that Mark, I should have mentioned that at South Mimms I will purchase a Whopper and a cup of coffee which I will consume (facing in a south easterly direction) whilst reading a copy of Autosport, this having previously been purchased in the boutique. I will avail myself of the facilities prior to my repass as I do not want to feel I might have to rush, should I experience any discomfort.

Where is Bedford exactly? haven't been there yet but would like to do a trackday there so a pre visit may be in order. Which pub for lunch?
Tony
