Autojumble 1st October

Hi All,

You will have noted, no doubt, that there's an autojumble at Cornbury House on the 1st October.

If anyone is interested, we could have a Register table for all to use for £15, but it's obviously only worth it if there are a decent number going to both sell and buy.

Let me know,

I could certainly bring a hearse-load of parts to sell, except it's at CH and I'm not a member.

We will be there & I have a few items to sell.

I see this does not feature as a club event on the calendar here on the forum.

Do we have a table booked ?

I haven't booked one yet - with almost no interest I don't know if it's worth it! At the moment it's only yourself and Fen who've got things to sell, and everyone seems to be going to Hastings!

If it's only the two of you, it's probably easier to split a table between you.

Cheers,

So is anyone else interested in sharing a table, as the Hastings jolly is now postponed. I can ring & book us a pitch tomorrow.

I'm intending to bring a bootfull of bits - I have no idea how big a table is to know if I need one, two, 1/4 etc. though. I'm happy to share the cost of one with you though.

I'm not able to go but If anyone spots any electrical bits for my cabriolet roof I'd be extremely grateful. I definitely need a relay and a microswitch. A spare motor would be useful too.

I posted a postponement on the Southern Meet thread, as it was a bad day for quite a few guys,
we can endeavour to find a good day for the South Coast when everyone who wants to come on down, can make it.

I was hopeing that the Hastings date will get changed, as I want to take a table at Cornbury ...
Hi Rick, yes postponed (not cancelled).see above post, and post at end of Southern Meet thread.

So far as I know Fen, Rick & myself will be there trying to clear a bit of garage space & come home with some cash to buy other stuff to fill the spaces.

I eventually arrived at 13h00 after plowing through london traffic and road works by which time everything was dead. So my first PCGB event after being a member for 4 years was somewhat a non event. Hmmm.

We spent some time looking at the cut away cars, hunted in vain for any reference to to the existence of front engined Porsches and headed off to Stratford-apon-Avon for lunch.

Ok who's having a larf with the red spray cans []

How we laughed [:D][:D][:D]

Noted that the 3.2 conversion had been augmented with the, argueably better, styling of the Lux. Possibly a good idea for a q-car?

Now, if the REAL LIL had turned up on the day.....[8|]
