Hi all,

Our Autumn Run is Sunday 16th October - and I have not had a big response for the day.

The only names I have are

Scott and Angela
Glen and Lynn
Barry Clarkson
Robin and Eleanor
Graham Cook + 1
Alan Lock + 1
Chris Wilson + 1

(if your name is not on the list and you have emailed me - please re-send - thanks)

13 in total,

I have now booked the Port Appin Hotel for lunch at 12.30 - Lunch will be fixed price £20/head - and I need to pre-book the food so I will forward the menu to those that are booked for lunch this week. Will need your choices back the Friday before the run. (Kids menu is £10/head) . £20 cash please which I will collect prior to lunch.

I will post up on the forum the list of who is attending.

Meeting point is 10am at Duck Bay with a 10.30am departure - Run will be through Glencoe and then head for Oban, Port Appin hotel is a few miles before Oban.

We are limited to 30 for lunch so please confirm you wish to attend for lunch so I can reserve your space, (if we know this week that there will be more than 30 people then we can book additional smaller tables in the restaurant but this will be filling up quickly as its the Scottish October school week holiday) and unlikely to have any availabilty on the day.

Regards
Scott
