Hotel accommodation available for the Le Mans Classic 6-8th July 2012

There are 4 hotel rooms available on the Porsche Club trip to the Le Mans Classic. These rooms have become available as the provisional bookings have not been completed.

There are double, twin and family rooms available, all with en suite facilities. Location is in Beaumont Sur Sarthe, approx 20 minutes north of the circuit.

The rooms are booked for a 3 night package, and will include a Porsche Club dinner on the Sunday evening.

From £230 per person, based on two sharing.

The rooms will be allocated on a first come basis
 
Hi Charlie
I am part of a group of 14 including various other club members aswell as myself all booked in for Classic LM. Everything is fine except that our booking agent omitted to secure the two 'parade laps' slots that we requested. These are no longer available, apparently.
Having noticed mention of cancellations within your trip I wondered specifically if you had any parade lap slots that you were willing to sell on?
Please let me know if there is any chance and sorry for the intrusion if not.

Ian, Lande Newton is organising this, but I know she would expect the individual's to book their own tickets etc, so I don't think they would be any better off than your group when it comes to lap tickets.... Sorry...
