Awesome open top fun

Don't you just love hooking a Boxster around country lanes on a bright sunny day? The handling and the sound of the engine is just amazing? I look for any excuse to drive it.

I've had some of the same feeling in some vintage cars but still have the scars from the maintenance![:(]

Anyone had any other thrilling open top driving experiences?

I think anyone who as driven the Boxster with the top down would agree, last Sunday coming back from R7 Whitby run was the latest for me, I only wish there was a long tunnel on the trip.
Had to settle for the twists, turns and hills between Whitby and Pickering

Weather looks good the the weekend, so lets hope for more

We were out for a drive last night around Stirlings finest wee roads. Roof down and it was stunning weather.
I just hope these few days arent our quota for the year.

I used to like the air-cooled 911 cabs at this time of the year. Early spring and a great noise from the engine, right behind your head. Unfortunately the folded hood always looked a bit 'pram like'.

You're right, the Boxster really is a brilliant roadster.
