The S2 came back from paint tonigh, basicaly ended up doing the lot bar front PU and rear bumper, looking good and even better when the wheels are refurbished, it is fitted with Turbo D90's so sits nice.
Off work tomorrow so a day in the garage is in order sticking rear diffuser back on along with roof trims and new stone guards, windscreen rubber and various other bits and bobs.
First job though is to get plenty of cavity wax in the vulnerable bits.
Going to look very good when finished [:D]

Ken, I can never upload them, I have already done some detailing in the engine bay, body work is looking good, wheels need a refurb, and some interior bits done, will not be concourse but well above average !
Not like your car which is stunning ,I bought this at a reasonable price knowing it needed work but all cosmetic with no nasties, I know the cars history a good friend bought it from down south 13 years ago and have known most of the owners since.
The plan is to get out and about in it during the summer months, I did not get as much done today as I had hoped but it going in the right direction, a few good days on it will see a big difference.
Guards Red with Black Leather, Turbo D90 wheels, Red Bridge spoiler from factory.

I'm betting your bodywork and paint is better than mine .....I have lots to do

just create a free photo account "photobucket" and copy the link, posts are so much more interesting with a picture[:)]

I'm jealous...oh how I wish that I could respray my car again.....you just can't beat fresh paint...well done Jim...hope to get the chance to see her one day soon....

Had an afternoon on the car today, new stone guards, rear S2 badge fitted (correct position) polished using Nielsen Show Polish, Then a run over with Poorboys Natty's Red Wax followed by a coat of Poorboys EP sealant.
Another go tomorrow will se door cards fitted and lower sill and wing extensions done after a ton of protective waxseal.
Rear diffuser to fit and wiper arms to remove and give a coat of satin black to them, then it's axle stand time, brake calipers and hubs to clean and paint whilst wheels are away, you do need pictures as it is looking good, I will get some tomorrow and have a go at posting them.
