Hi guys

Well what with all the insurance hunting I've been doing of late and with the car being very, very close to running, tonight I renewed my PCGB membership...:) car moved closer this weekend, lots of parts reunited with the car and also a full electric test was performed with a nice new battery. just one fog light that had a bad earth, soon got that working....I'm impressed as i was expecting all types of problems with the electrics having been standing out in all weathers on the drive for the last 4 years.

So member number 28363 is active again...god help you all.....:)

Pete

PS: where can i get a new windscreen badge?....mine is looking very tired

And about time too !!
Which badge you looking for Pete, PCGB ? If so contact the club shop i am sure they will send you one.

Welcome back! [:)]

If it's the 944 register badge I can send you one, although if you're luck's like Martin's it'll take a couple of tries. I'm sure the post is more reliable within ten miles or so....[&:]

It's the International Customs charges that will be causing the problems [:(]

If that's what your postman is doing on his round no wonder things don't get delivered! [&:]

If anyone needs a register sticker please email 944 at porscheclubgb.com, don't PM me. The in-box fills up to fast. Membership numbers please, these things are more sought after than tickets for a reunion of the original Take That line-up. Whatever that means.

They do go out 2nd class, saves a load of money over a year, and I try to group them in to batches so it's worth an evening addressing envelopes. That does mean the odd email request might be missed/forgotten, so apologies, and please never feel afraid to nag me. [:)]

Did you get your Race Car Register windscreen sticker for the Cup? I hope it's in pride of place. [:)]
