If the noise is a light metallic rattle, then it is likley to be one or more of the trim clips.
The trim around and below the rear window is held in place by small brass coloured clips. These clips slide into grooves on the inside of the trim pannels, and then push into square shaped holes within the inner wing / window posts. When re-fitting the trim, its easy for a clip to come out of a groove but still locate in one of its holes. The clips are made up from a springy end and a round disc. these bits move about if not held tight by the trim, and can make a lot of noise. The clips also have a bit of sticky foam on them to prevent the above happening, but after time its not that sticky or foamy, and makes it easy for the clips to fall out when fitting the trim.
You also have the wires for the heated rear window, and maybe a tracker located in that area, these can also rattle if they have been moved about.
Hope this helps. Regards. Bob
