Hi Everyone

Christmas Lunch
On my previous visit to the Ferryboat to make the final arrangements for the Christmas Lunch I had requested a cancellation deadline in case we had bad weather. I am pleased to say that having travelled to the Ferryboat last night all the roads are clear. I have looked at the Met Office forecast and we have a Balmy 7 C forecast for Sunday so I have confirmed with are host that we will be holding the Christmas Lunch as planned. Just a reminder of the timings. This Sunday 17th January. Pre dinner drinks from 1300 for Lunch at 1330hrs.
Charity Raffle
Also a further reminder that the Committee think this event will make a good starting point for our 2010/2011 Charity appeal and will be holding a Charity Raffle after the lunch. If you would like to bring a Raffle prize that would be much appreciated. It has been suggested that the raffle prizes should have an approximate value of Ten Pounds - however, I will leave that up to you!
