Sorry geoff am sticking something on your forum again, please forgive me.

We (tipec Southern) are holding a bbq at jon mitchells garage on Sunday 2nd Sept, all free and a really (and I mean really) informal street concourse. It doesnt have to be clean to be in it kinda thing. Anyone is welcome.
The bbq and drinks are free but i do need to know who is coming as I have to get food and i dont want to be under or over grubbed and drinked !

That date clashes with a scenic drive event in our calendar. I will check with the organiser of that event tonight (Thursday 16th) regarding routing and possible change to end at your BBQ. I will get back to you, possibly tomorrow.

I had to rattle a few cages to get our scenic drive route changed to head east rather than the original west.

This is now resurrected to the 23rd, that's this Sunday. I realise that this clashes with Nicks boxster Cayman run and I have tried to rejig but to no avail, so I will ensure that we have something else at Jon's later in the year. Jon however is going for eye surgery on the following Monday so we will end up not being able to have the thing if we don't do it at some point and this really is the only available date. My apologies for the clash Nick. I will try to organise another day at Jon's ASAP as well as the bbq.

So if anyone is coming Sunday please let me know.
