I thought this would make a good 'sticky thread' - Bargains; if you spot a bargain anywhere of interest to us all, let everyone know here. The only proviso is that you are not connected to the products, When links no longer work I'll remove them if I notice, I'll start the ball rolling.

Just to make you all giggle, a bit tongue in cheek but 996's.......prices are falling through the roof
 
If they fell to the floor and ended up in the centre of the earth in a shoebox I still wouldn't buy one. [8D]
 
Well I don't see why services shouldn't count. I've been getting quotes on restoring fuchs wheels. Nick Moss charges only £120 plus vat per wheel on a set of 4. This to be done pretty much to the original finish ie polished, black, anodised. Nick is obviously well known and persionally comes well recommended for a re-spray etc on pals 911T. £120 plus Vat per wheel! Jasmine are asking something like £220 plus Vat for anodised..
 
I have just had my Fuchs refurbished, found the contact on ebay shop VERT-EGO, £90+ vat per wheel for original anodised finish, £100+ vat for gloss finish and highly polished rims (this is for 6" and 7" widths on 16s), this is what I had done and the wheels are fantastic, an excellent job. I did mine on an exchange basis as I could'nt be without wheels, the guy is based in Northampton and tells me he also has 9" wide rims also but more expensive, this is his email address if anyone is interested.
