All 987 Boxsters will take a conditioner through the lighter socket. I have a CTEK 3600 - you won't need a higher-spec model than that.

Like to get a battery conditioner. I have a 2007 Boxster - how do i check (or does anyone know) if the cigarette lighter remains active with no key in i.e. can i use the adaptor for the conditioner that fits the lighter fitment? Like the CTEK XS 7000. Is this a good one to go for?

Cheers

I've got the Porsche conditioner which I plug into the lighter socket, they come up occasionally on ebay. But at the dealership last Saturday saw they had the CTEK XS7000 plugged into a Boxster S in the showroom. Guess that's a recommendation.
