Battery Tender

As the car has now arrived I need to find a good battery tender. I work abroad 11 months of the year so it’s important to have a good quality one that is reliable. I’ve seen the Porsche one but seems expensive for what seems like a basic CTEK.


so anyone got any recommendations?


 
My 992 has an AGM battery. The CTEK charger has a mode for AGM. Do not buy from Porsche. Plenty of places sell the same thing but much cheaper.

you may have read that the 992 does consume battery power when parked up so you will need a trickle charger if leaving for weeks not being run.
