Sorry to ask but I cant remember when the Beamish event is on, please could someone let me know? Do we need to book anything?

Sunday 9th September, no need to book, just pay on the day, there'll be a separate entrance signposted for Porsche vehicles and the entrance fee will be £5 per head for each occupant in the car, a massive saving on the normal £17.

Details of the show and shine will be posted shortly but again you can enter that on the day, 2 classes R3 members and visitors.

What time do we need to arrive and do we go in through the normal entrance or is there a separate one that we need to use?

Simon
It starts at 10am do not go in the main entrance turn left and follow the road around it should be sign posted but from memory its the 3rd entrance on the right I think

Thanks Graham, there are a few guys from TIPEC interested in attending too. I will pass the info on.

Thomas As far as I am aware we would like you near the 10am, but you can arive anytime up till 12 o`clock
Ash may post more details when he gets back off his holidays tonight

As Graham says the earlier the better as Beamish like to restrict vehicle movements during opening hours, health and safety concerns are paramount I guess.

See you on Sunday[:)]
