Becker Cascade Install

Has anyone fitted a Becker Cascade into a 993? I have just bought a unit to install myself and am a little daunted about how to install some of the wires needed for the sat nav to work. I have also ordered some nice Cerwin Vega speakers (V Max 5 and HED 46) which will fit behind the original grills. Any advice greatfully received?

Hi,
Mine's the Becker Indianapolis, but I think satnav receiver is same. I assume you have the receiver and did not buy the optional "external" receiver that you need if you want to wire it under front bumper. If you have internal one like me you must get the wires through to the top of the dash because metal internal structure of the dash prevents the receiver from seeing the satelittes if you hide it inside the dash. So my wire for the receiver just tucks in to the gap between the dash and the door rubber. It's very neat, cannot see it unless you really try to find it.

Hid receiver behind license disk.

I got mine fitted by Tognola in Dachet. Did a great job and hid the antenna under the rear shelf. Needed to get an extension cable to fit it in though. There's a place in Chiswick who do a good job with Beckers too.
