Hi
I've had my mexico head unit for about 12 months and up until recently everything has been fine.
When we had the first spell of hot weather, the unit stopped producing any sound. After a week of non use it worked fine again.
A few weeks later it happened again so I sent the unit off to Beckers Auth. repairer and it was returned no fault found.
So put it back in this morning and it worked ok, a few hours later no sound.
The ice setup is standard apart from a couple of boston accostics 6" speakers using the original wiring from under the drivers seat (at some time I think it had a factory amp fitted) and crossovers.
Could the crossovers or the wiring I'm using be causing the problem or possibly the boston speakers?
Any help would be appreciated as I'm about to throw this out of the window.
Thanks
Rob
