Becker Stereo Query

Hi.

The Becker stereo fitted in my 99 C4 (i assume to be original) is showing some wear, especially on the right hand dial (radio tuning) and the dark grey surface of the dial is quite sticky - when i scratch the surface is appears to be coming off so i left it alone. I am wondering if the soft surface coating is aged ? Some of the other stickers are peeling a fraction also.

Have any other members have had this problem? Is there any quick and cheap fix without a major overhaul of the stereo as it works perfectly and I do not want to replace it if i can.

Steve i havn't had this problem but i did change to a becker grand prix, great bit of kit. If you do have to get another that's what i'd advise or i might be tempted to sell my original.
