Bedford GT circuit - anyone done it?

Apologies, this isn't so much 997 related. I wondered if anybody here has done the Bedford GT circuit? I'm thinking of a couple of trackdays this year to get warmed up for the Nurburgring. If so, who did you go through? I'm keep thinking of joining the RMA as they do private Spa and Ring trips during the year? Anyone a member?

Cheers,
Simon

Bedford is fine, having been there in my caterham on numerous occasions and on a corporate track day where you drive many cars inc caterhams, 911, and formula palmer audi.

Been on number of events with RMA, inc ring and spa - very much a club which suits some but not others I find. Indeed rather captured by a day at silverstone once some time back when Graham Clarke was proud to announce he had done a deal with McLaren and they would provide FOC bacon rolls for breakfast so that they could use the track exclusively in the afternoon - but we could stay to watch!

Personally I would look elsewhere first but not so that if they were the only people doing the ring I would go.

I am considering doing spa with circuit days in April (if space available) in my 911 although never done a track day with them but went to stelvio pass and Lambo factory tour with them - nice bunch of guys. Dont think they do the ring

Hope this helps

Thanks, useful feedback.

Have overlooked Circuitdays, will take a look at these people. With the volume on public days at the Ring would be good to get a more exclusive session.

BTW, it looks like I will be going to Bedford on the 30th Jan as a winter warmer if anyone's interested in coming along.

Cheers
