and looking at the times on the posts it took you only 3 minutes [:D]

Seriously, to my untrained eye, is that just cleaning, polishing and painting all the existing parts of the engine or is that a complete overhaul with lots of new bits bolted on?
 
its all the original bits just had them all blasted and coated and a bit of elbow grease[:D]
 
nice one miggs I am looking to take my engine out in the next few months I have a spare to go in for the interim. Still talking to Mr Prill.

Mr Miggs - I take my hat off to you - that mental energy has come in very handy yet again!

Fancy putting some of that energy into a trip to Kent on Saturday! (I' ll keep you posted).
