Just to add a couple of comments:
I notice your car is an auto, so I'm not sure what/ how the gearbox/ torque converter sits but:
1. As per above remove both wires from the battery in the boot.
2. Make sure you get the car level with decent room underneath.
3. There's a heat shield surrounding the starter motor - 2 x 8mm nuts, 1 17mm (holds the torque tube on) and two 17mm down the side.
4. Assuming the auto has this heat shield, make life easy for yourself and slot the heat shield where it goes into the torque tube -that way you don't have to remove this bolt completely for refit.
5. If you haven't already, get yourself 13, 17 and 19mm Socket spanners to assist you in this job - if you're not sure what I mean, type Trident spanner into ebay - these are invaluable for this job !
6. The rest is straight forward - might be worth having your starter motor refurbed whilst it's off.
Good luck,
Chris
