Belt Warning Light Intermitent

Hi Chaps ,

My Belt warning light has just started to come on today , after a quick call to the helpful guys at RPM , I have checked the belt tension and everything seems ok , is this likely to be a sensor failure ? or electrical ? anybody had it before and is it something that should be sorted asap..

On a seperate note , my engine when I turn off commonly has a ' burning ' smell that I cannot locate where it is coming from , the car does it say 50% of the time regardless of journey length, use etc ... any ideas at all ? , the car appears to be running fine but the smell is starting to concern me ..

Hi Chris
check with your opc, you will need your vin number
to see if you need your wiring loam replaced {this is a recall item}
