I buy them in packets of 200 because I replace all old screws and the black anodised ones look best.
The common sizes are No.10 and No.8
Try searching "Black Flanged Self Tapper No.10 x 1/2in" as many listings still use the old British descriptions rather than 4.8x13mm

Wrights you'll see at events like NEC Classic Car Show (Nov) or Autosport International (Jan). Bought a fair amount of fastenings from them in the past.

You can't have enough J or U nuts!

Stainless and black flanged. These guys are prompt in delivering and are excellent. Most my fastening come from these guys.

Hope this helps.. Too much stainless and you're going to need to throw something else away to get some weight saving back! Other stainless auto items (particularly hard to find poppers, eyes, springs etc) I get from online boat chandlers.

I'm currently taking everything off from under each front wing, would like to replace all the fixings whilst I'm at it. I must admit to being a little nervous when removing the splash guards but it was all rust free.
What I did find though was horribly thick tie wrap holding the aircon and oil pipes out of the way. What's the factory method of securing these pipes?

Probably cable ties too! What's the factory method of securing these pipes?
What does the PET Katalog show?
BTW - completely forgot about the boot carpet, apologies - been away working then a small holiday. I need to dig them out of the garage loft for pics I can then send you...

Page/screen 470 or illustration 813-25 for parts 964 573 463 00 / 453 00 (plus the spacer rubber) for both halves of the aircon pipe bracket. Usual M8 or M6 nuts/washers apply where needed.
If you don't have the parts catalog I can email it to you...
Cheers
