Try Wembley Tyres, in Wembley obviously or Elite Tyres in Thurrock (the latter offer free delivery too!)
Des,
Which tyres, as in road only or R type semi track day tyres.
for the 964 or 996???
There are different deals on different types of tyres and different sizes.
for absolute value,,Costco seem to be the cheapest on road tyres, but tend not to get involved with the semi track/road tyres so much

Don't forget to factor in the cost of having them fitted if you go the mail order route. A lot of garages aren't keen on fitting tyres they haven't supplied.

IF you know exactly what you want, internet search for them first then ask your local friendly tyre place 1. price - but tell them what you can get them for! and 2. cost to fit/balance. After research I decided on Falken FK452's for the shopping trolley, cheapest way was buy from Camskills and get local ATS to fit them.

Expensive - ATS Hastings only charged me £36 - new valves, tyres fitted, wheels balanced, old tyres taken away. Mind you, the manager is a friend!
Thanks Paul, yes they are for the GT3 all round looking for a semi-track tyre .... the 964 has nearly new road rubber.
Des,
you are probably better tapping into the expertise of the Gt3 forum on here and pistonheads, tyres that work well on a 964/93 RS may not be as well suited to the GT car.
Also recent purchasers will know where the deals are...unfortunately one possibility, the 888's seem to have gone up 25-33% in the last year or so.
