Excellent turn out of Porsche cars today: 61 plus a few strays. Probably the largest collection of one make cars present. Nice to see three 924 Turbo cars, a genuine 911ST, two Boxster Spyders and a 914 amongst the line up. One or two very rare non Porsche motor cars: my favourite being a one off Bristol (400?) with a 1930's style teardrop two door body. This is a really interesting and friendly event.

Discovered that wearing a Hi Vis provides untold power to direct cars. Also the Hi Vis seems to give people the expectation you know where every make and model of car should be parked on a 30 acre site and what the winning lottery numbers will be next week.
Alan (RO 31) refused to let me wear my tights, high heels and Hi Vis thong along with my Hi Vis jacket as he said it would give the wrong impression and bring the club into disrepute. Can't see why. My legs are not that bad.

Not your legs that are the problem[:D][:D]

Yeah, great, eh, Kirk? Picking up my winnings soon (not[8|])

Just to say a very big thanks to everyone who came along to support the Club at the Bicester Heritage event yesterday. Members from across the South, South East and South West came along; the furthest being Jack who brought his 914 all the way from London. We counted 62 Porches in our display (probably the largest at the event) with half a dozen more parked in the avenues. Special mentions go to Kirk and Martin for judging attendees' parking skills and general traffic mismanagement. For those that couldn't make it, here are some snaps of our display yesterday at Bicester....
