BIG EXHAUST

Just bought a Bigger exhaust for my 2.7 boxster,anyone know a reliable place to take it to be fitted???

That' s a bit excessive just to get out of polishing it !!!! [

Can' t recommend a fitter, though I am interested to hear your views when its fitted - things like power increase, better sound.....

WHICH EXHAUST IS IT??

well i hope this dosn' t get to technical for you,[

] It' s big shinny has two large pipes to replace the one oval one.....in other words i haven' t a clue,thats hubbies department,just went to look on the box, but no clues??

the old pipe is now spotless as simon from essential porsche gave us some cleaner which smells awful but really does the job.and we didn' t even use wire wool. That was a royal WE by the way-i didn' t go near the stuff!!!

ok hubbies gone off to Ireland (only got back from Brazil on monday!!) so i' ll have to do my best to answer.
we got it from Simon at essential styling ltd and it' s a Janspeed Exhaust.

Brian at Jasmine supplied and fitted my 18 inch 03 alloys last week. Great bloke to do business with. A word of warning don' t let him talk to you too much, do not accept a cup of tea etc - I fell for it and ended up with the 03 clear rear lights and side indicators as well [

I sold a penhouse flat in milton keynes(in the 80' s when the market crashed) to a man who stopped to ask directions.!! used the cup of tea ploy then as well!!!

monday 30th june.6.30am start fun journey aqua planing up the M6.but got there in one bit and found the place easily.
Had offered cup of coffee and managed to avoid being talked into upgrading the lights,I think Brian thinks we are a little insane as we have asked for two white stripes to be done down the length of the car,including the hard top.

i took a little model car in to show him what i wanted and i' ve left it on his desk,i want that back Brian it cost me a fortune (£2.99)at stoneleigh show last year.

anyway i hope to be able to collect the car end of the week as we are booked into the lichfield show. i think they might notice if we put the ford focus on the stand.

Hi Helen , please take a couple of pics and post them on the forum. I would love to see the final transformation, I came very close to going with the full monty GT3 kit myself. But I have to admitt I bottled out in the end.

Helen, I hope you have better luck with your modification than I' ve so far had with mine. The car has been with Roock since march this year. so far I' ve missed both the Spanish F1 GP , twice ( sorry Nic )and the real killer was missing Le Mans this year. Arriving on the Mulsanne straight in a Subaru Forester Turbo after a 13 hour drive, I was gutted to see all the exotica and not have my Boxster back. ( violins please )
