Hey guys,
just wondering, whats the biggest Porsche meeting (with lots of 928s of course!)lined up for the summer? June/July kinda time?

I didn't see a list of events, is there one around?

Kev.

Hi Kevin :)

The biggest in numbers will be the 928 Trackday at Castle Coombe on Friday the 27th June...

Over 50 usually, I will be there but wont run as my car is a little to powerful now lol

If you want to go , contact >>>>> Richard Armstrong (he arranges it)

It may be full by now but sometimes Richard has some spare reserve places ,but its worth coming as a spectator (free) to chat to other 928 owners...

All the best Brett :)

I don't have a 928 yet, holding out for a 1978 for the moment (haven't seen any for sale at all yet though). Would like to get a close look at a few though!

You'd never know, hopefully by then...

Hi Kevin :)

If you let me know roughly where you live, I am sure I could find a 928 owner coming to the CC track day who would give you a lift there, if you are anywhere near me, I would...

Let me know :)

All the best Brett :)

Thanks for the offer, much appreciated, but I'm in Cork, Ireland!

Unfortunately the only 928s I've seen for sale over here are S4s. There's a 928 on ebay at the moment, 1st Jan 1979, agonisingly 1 day off 1978, looks to be in good nick though.

Hi Kevin :)

Not sure why the date is important to you (tax reasons ?)

But you may not realise that the date of first registration is not the BUILD date, if it helps ?

All the best Brett :)
