i have one weak rear shocker, does a bilstein b6 keep my sport the same for hardness and ride height?

Ride height is controlled by the bars and spring plates, new shockers of any sort will change the way it feels, B6 are about 20% more than standard, you would notice a change with genuine ones, I would still go for B6

koni are even stiffer than B6

a cheap option are KYB gas-a-just for a 944

I have Bilstein B6's all round on my T4, along with Eibach springs on the rear [8D]. The difference in the drivability was immediate and, totally awesome [8D][:D]!! I can't rate them high enough! I had KW v3's on my '44 Turbo and they transformed the ride in that too! Luckily, the KW's have already been fitted to the 968 I have bought [8D][:D]!! I would recommend either of the above to you Rob'.

thankyou, i have ordered the B6s and doing all 4, also new skirt rubbers as the car will be 21 next month so thought a treat would be nice!
