Bit of advice please - C4S

Ladies/Gents,

As you may know I have been on the hunt for a couple of months now for a decent C4S. I'm travelling a short distance this afternoon to view the following:

Couple of points of contention that I have with the vehicle are the following and your feedback would be highly appreciated:

1. Metropole Blue Leather Interior
How dark is this? I'm ideally looking for a black interior but is this quite close?

2. Price
Seems ok to me although I would be looking to knock it down a little. It had been up for £29,500, it's now £28,500, what do you think?

3. Tiptronic S Gearbox with Paddle Shift
Any good? I was looking for a manual but the more I think an auto could be quite good, I will be using this as my main car and I travel into town to my office. When I want some fun with the paddle shift deliver?

4. Anything from the advert that would concern you or that I should be worried about in any way?

Umm, I said to him that I couldn't see in the photo and he told me it was on the steering wheel. Interior shots aren't great though. Is the paddle shift any good on these if it does turn out to be factory?
 
I think he is interpreting the steering wheel switches as 'paddle shift'.

It looks very nice on the advert. Just note that it will be PCM1.0 16-bit, not PCM2.0.
