RALLY CORNBURY HOUSE TO BLENHEIM PALACE
SATURDAY 11TH JULY 2009

Some of you may have noticed that the reverse of the address sheet in the June Porsche Post contained an entry form for the Blenheim Rally. If, however, you have mislaid this and would like to participate in the rally, an entry form which includes full details is available if you email us on r16@porscheclubgb.com.

On arrival at Cornbury House, refreshments will be available to welcome you to this event. The format of the Rally is a 30 mile run through scenic countryside from Cornbury House to Blenheim Palace to arrive for the Club's big event. On arrival at Blenheim a photoshoot of participants and their Porsches will take place in the main arena.

A convoy of Region 16 members is being organised and if you wish to join other members for this, it is suggested everyone meets at 8.30am at the Cirencester Travelodge/Little Chef, Hares Bushes, A429 Burford Road, Cirencester, GL7 5DS. There is ample car parking space. The convoy will leave for Cornbury House at 8.45am prompt. Take the A429 directly to Moreton in Marsh. On arrival in Moreton in Marsh, continue on the A429 to the second roundabout and take the second exit (A44) and Cornbury House is on the right hand side 0.8 mile along this road. The postcode for Cornbury House is GL56 0JQ.

Members from other regions are also very welcome to join R16 members.

It would be helpful if you email us on r16@porscheclubgb.com to let us know if you will be joining the convoy.

PLEASE NOTE that it is advisable to get your entry ticket to the main event at Blenheim Palace by telephoning Narinder at Club Office on 01608 652911. A combination of entry to the rally and prepaid booking to the main event will allow fast tracking straight through into the main arena for the photoshoot. Participating in the rally does not entitle members entry to the main event.
