I plan to go to Blenheim on Sunday, and one of the forum regulars contacted me to ask if we could meet up and put faces to names. If anyone else wants to do the same, how about meeting up at the Porsche Cars GB stand at 2.00 on Sunday afternoon? http://www.porscheclubgbevents.com/page3WS.aspx?p=10

I still have a bottle of red for you Richard, so please find me on the event . I may be busy at 2.00. see you all at some stage during the weekend

We are going for the weekend staying at the PCGB organised hotel. We will ride in with the Rally as we have never done one before and are going to the Gala Dinner.

I'll be there Saturday, after hopefully successfully completing the rally! Incidentally, should I be nervous that my ticket hasn't arrived yet?

Regarding the ticket, I would be a little worried as we got our tickets last week. I would give Narinda a call at the club. See you there.

I rang for tickets on Monday and they arrived Tuesday morning. They were closing advance tickets on Monday, so I would definitely give them a call.

Richard, thanks for posting the meeting. I will be there on Sat & Sun, so see you there on Sunday. Will also be doing the rally from Cornbury & the ball on Sat night, so maybe see a few of you in advance of the proposed meet up. Jason

Pepi1677 and Richard, thanks for the heads up. Have phoned Narinder and a new pass is to be sent out to me.

are you guaranteeing sunshine?? I just bought a new camera so I'll be wandering around taking the same pics as Dawn as she knows what she is doing and can tell me how to actually switch my camera on! Sooooooooon .......... SUNNY??? EHHHHHH???

It turns out I won't be going on Sunday. The reason is that I have had another haemorrhage in my left eye. I saw the specialist this afternoon, and he said to take it easy over the weekend, and he is going to do an ultrasuond on Monday to see if he can establish what's gone wrong. Some of you may remember I had this trouble about two years ago, and it took a few weeks to resolve. If I'm a bit quiet on the forum, you know why.

Really sorry to hear that Richard. You take good care of yourself and follow doctor's orders. get well soon.

Sorry to hear you are not right, I was quite looking forward to meeting you. All the best, hope things improve soon.
