Blowout

Suffered a front offside blowout in lane 3 of the M6 last night. Apart from the TPWS alarm and red lights, absolutely no drama. The car remained rock solid and arrow straight onto the hard shoulder. Total respect for quality engineering!

Thanks to all the Porsche friends who waved and flashed their support while I waited for recovery back to Windermere. And especially the nice lady in the vintage bus who gave me a big cheery smile!

Currently scooting round in a sweet BMW 3 series courtesy of Porsche Assistance, while the nice people at PC Kendal find me some tyres.

At least the sun is shining on the hills this evening....
