Blue smoke

To cut a long story short, to get a warranty on the car it needed some work doing. porsche goodwilled the RMS (magic) but would not do the cam cover. Anyway i went to a decent idependent who was recommended to me and they did the work fine. I did notice that the oil level indicator bars were all full after the work but on a cold morning, all but the top bar also shows and manually testing the oil showed it was a smidge over the top level. I thought notihing of it but the last few days there is a puff of blue smoke on start up only which i have not noticed before. It does not seem to be there again or if i start up later or floor it. I assume that there is a little bit of oil drip onto the exhaust at start up.
Should i be concerned?? Does it need to be drained a little or could it be something else. I was planning on taking it back to the independent for their advice or to sort it out since they filled it, but would value a bit of the forums extensive knowledge first. It is of course covered by warrantee but i dont want them turning round saying it was overfilled by someone else and they cant help (except for a price!!)
Cheers
MT
