I have a PCM 3.0 on my C4S PDK, and something is just not right. I have just collected the car a few weeks ago and this is the first time that I am trying to conenct my phone up. The bluetooth locates my phone easily, but when I tried to connect; it says Data Profile not connected? The Connect profile is also greyed out and when I tried to press it, it says function not available? Does it mean it does not have a phone module? enlighten me you experts out there plsssssss. Thanks.

might just be that your phone is set up for the wrong system - PCM uses two types of connection, think one is called Sim Profile and the other type is Hand Set Profile - this is set on the porsche system and cant be changed on the PCM, but have read that iphones wont work if its set for one type, but will - like mine work on the other (think mine is set to Sim Profile)
I would have thought that if you can see the PCM system on the your phone and vice versa you have the phone module, but something isnt set correctly - worth a trip back to the dealer and ask them!

Has anyone successfully paired a Blackberry Torch with their PCM 3.0.
I spent 5 hours at the OPC last Friday and they couldn't do it. They managed to connect other Blackberrys but have never had to do a BB Torch before.
Is there any settings on the phone apart from just have the bluetooth switched on?
