BLYTON TRACK DAY

Calling all track day participants.

On Friday 26th September, Gavin from R4 is running another track-day at Blyton in North Lincs.

He is short of numbers which is really surprising all considered. I took part for the first time this May and really enjoyed it.

For £100 you get a full day of exclusive Porsche action on a good, newly resurfaced, fun track. The day starts with the usual sighting laps followed by sessions based on experience (the event is confusingly called a novice day but lots of very experienced track people took part in May) and this time a good chunk of open-pit is promised.

Blyton will probably never rival Donington but it is nevertheless a really good track that I will definitely return to regularly. An exclusive Porsche day for this money is staggering value and suits our cars with a great mix of corners, it is a full-on experience for car and driver, you can push the car extremely hard - very satisfying.

Why not support this day, check the details on the R4 section if you're tempted before it's cancelled due to low numbers.
