I think you should also expect to replace the outer sills if that's where the rust is, well worth doing if the car is a keeper in my opinion.
If you do all the work stripping down then you might be able to save quite a bit of labour but you'd want to add on the price of transporting the car to the bodyshop. Letting them fit it in between other jobs will also help reduce the cost if you're in no rush.
The place I'm using in Kimpton is actually a neighbour to the one listed above (at Unit 12 Claggy Rd), the phone number I listed previously doesn't always work so please PM me to get Alan's mobile if you're interested in having a chat with him, I'm very impressed with his work and he's reasonably priced too.
