What time are we meeting on Saturday, John?

Edit: Is it the Sykes Road or Buckingham Avenue address? I Googled, and got two....

There may be a chance, as someone has not confirmed a guest, therefore there may be a spare place. Things like this are full of security and health and safety considerations these days, so please try not to leave it until the last minute to enquire about places for any future events. We live very much in a socitety where we can not just turn up on spec any more, and the great sue you society have brought this upon them selves. Rant over. If I don't get a confirmation in my e-mail tonight, then you are in and you will be the last.
.

Just to confirm that Angela and I are on your list ... otherwise I'm having a lay in :0)

Can't chek; away from home pc. Get back to you; FYI if you were on the list you should have had a confirmation email from me. Let me check.

Hi John

I was on the original list you did at Ascot months ago .... but I was also on the list for RSJ Sportscars as well, and you didn't have me down for that

As for e-mail from you, or the R19 list ... I never get any :0( and they are not being trapped in the spam either ... don't know whats up with that

Let me know

Cheers

Tim

Hi John -

I was going to go but had a clash, now gone, but as there are no places could you, or someone, ask a question for me.

Question is: do they do underbody waxoyl (or equivalent) treatments?

Many years ago I booked my car in and they did that, a few years later they did not do it. But they may have changed. Having just purchased a new (old) car I am interested in having one good waxoyl of the underbody ie remove the panels, spray everything and refit panels etc.

Thanks Alex

ps if there are any dropouts let me know.

John, why dont you just list the names of all the people you have emails from? Did you send me a reply?!![8|]

I sent you this after you emailed me

Sorry for the delay someone sent me a large fie land it made my inbox hang.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]Erm, I thought we were going ot B/tech on our own and that r20 would be invited to join us at RSJ for our repeat visit.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]Someone got his wires crossed, but anyway I have an email from Kish to say that he has had no takers, but our own numbers are coming up. I think we are up to about thirteen[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]Just come back form a 170 mile round trip to Duxford to see the Vulcan and I can't be ars*d to count up tonight. Is 55 mins good for 85 miles? Well it was a bit wet going up.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]You know when you've been Turbo'd.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]Regards[FONT=verdana, geneva"]JB[FONT=verdana, geneva"]

Tim I have sent you a test email. To recieve e-mails from my mailing list you need to be subscribed, don't know if you are, but I will e-mail our administrator and get him to check. Got to be honest and say I mislaid my written list but the forth coming events page does ask for emails. Never mind. David B and I didn't expect such a high level of support so I'll just add you to the list along with another gentleman who enquired about a place. You will notice that Alexander Drobik has posted that he was going and has dropped out, and my guess is that there wil be some other no shows, there usually are. Please come along, after all we are only up to 23. [FONT=verdana, geneva"]

I am not going to make extra work for myself. My job role has expanded/changed quite dramatically since I took this role on, and I need to be as economical as I can with my time. I don't have as many spare minutes to sneak a look at the forum during..... well best left unsaid.

Hi John

We sent you an email back in June. I posted this on the forum for one of the events we could visit. I even got a reply from a someone else saying it was a good idea. One of the other members then kindly contacted BodyTechnics for info - if I remember (James?)

I don't want to moan but today I'm going too []

I have also noticed that some of my threads have been deleted as well as other peoples, this is making it hard to keep track of who said what and what's going on.

Regards
Helen

I am not saying you didn't send me an e-mail, I might have deleted; it especially if it was part of an email about a different subjuect, but it isn't an issue, and with all due respect there is no need for a Mr angry. If I put an angry face on every post in response to daft things done by members then my posts would be littered. You know that it is so easy to set up a rule in e-mail to say when message arrives.... "body technics..... visit" and move all relevant emails there. You wont believe the stupid [] subjects people use, and some just reply to previous emails completely unrelated[][]. As an example, and I mean no offence look [:-]at the post starting this thread[8|]; what chance have I got in keeping track? I digress. I have your names and I will pass them along with all the others. The twenty limit was a hypothetical number and I am sure David will be pleased at the level of support. We just wanted to keep the group to a manageable number, so we plucked a figure of twenty out of thin air; we are at twenty four.

I have confirmed with bodytechnics that twenty-four will not be a problem so TIM& ANGELA, do not have that lie in, Les and Helen PANIC OVER.

The list is now closed. We have 25 which is absolutely fantastic. If you aven't booked by now, I am afraid it is too late.

John,

I didn't receive any emails from you so I assume my name didn't go down. Just wanted to check in case it has.

Jason.
