Bodywork Specialist in Swindon Area Needed

I've been asked by a classic 911 owner if I know of a body work specialist in the Swindon area (specifically SN4 or SN5) who could undertake the welding and refinishing of his A-pillar check strap. I can only think of Dick Lovett Spraymaster (SN2) but am sure there are others in the location who could do a good job. Anyone any suggestions?

Alan I have recently completed a major piece of work at Spraymaster and the result was excellent. Another member who had had a much bigger rebuild said to me that he thought their only standard was perfection. They do complete restorations as well as more minor work - you may have seen Peter Lovett's restored Le Mans 911S at the Club WOTY last year.

Also there is Thornley Kelham in South Cerney. I have had some minor work done there and it was well done. They have a growing reputation having started about 5 years ago looking after many different marques and almost all early classic restorations. Very new well equipped premises. They do some Porsche work and the partners are 911 owners. Simon Thornley or Wayne Kelham are the ones to contact.

Very many thanks for the helpful input Richard. I will pass this on.

I had a front skirt replaced and sprayed a couple of years back by Spraymaster and was very impressed by their work and service.
