Bolt sizes ??

I need a set of nuts/bolts that attach the front struts to the hubs and i was going to get them of the local fixings suppliers. Anyone know what size and thread type they are and do i need a certain spec (strength wise ) ??

Just phone your OPC, or Reading, and they will send you the correct fixings to the correct specification -size, thread, tensile strength etc. The bolts are too important just to guess.

I seem to remember that one of the strut bolts is an eccentric one too, so OPC would seem a sensible place to start.

I thought they were just normal bolts but if thats the case i will use the proper ones , i just wanted to get the front struts built up ready to fit but as im due to be breaking an S2 soon i will just use the bolts off that !!!

having just done the job on my own car, there is an eccentric bolt, eccentric washer and locking type nut, and a normal bolt and locking type nut. Thats for one side. I bought a kit of bits from the internet somewhere, pm me if you need details.
