Bonnet & Rear Lid opener switch

Apologies if this has previously been asked.
Does anyone know how to remove the switch panel from the drivers side sill on a 987? The bonnet switch on mine has stopped functioning, although the rear lid still works fine. I've been quoted around £70 by my local PC for a new one, but I'd like to fit it myself if possible.
Many thanks,
Richard

The front bonnet switch broke on my Boxster. I went to the local OPC to buy a replacement switch and they offered to fit it for no charge as it took only about 5 minutes. It might be worth a try.

Mine has done the same so called OPC Nottingham, they wanted £78 to fit the part plus the cost of the part so £155 in total!

Called a local independent who said it was 2 minute job and would fit for the price of the switch.

Yet again OPC Porsche tax comes to mind !!!
