Boost Problems....Help!

My Modified 944 Turbo is having issues with the boost, the car has the following Mod's -
Lindsey Racing 61 turbo, Full 3" Zorst(including downpipe), Promax stage 2 kit, 55# injectors and uprated FPR, Apexi AVCR EBC.
The car was mapped by Minea from MRC at Bob Watsons and made 330bhp/335lb/ft at 1.3 bar and has run well for the past 18 months, though I don't use it much as it is a track toy.

I drove it yesterday and the boost is suddenly out of control, peaking at any thing between 1.4 to 1.7 bar, adjusting the boost controller makes no difference. I even tried turning the boost controller off which us to make the car run at 0.5 bar but this makes no difference.

I've checked all the pipes and they look Ok, any ideas?

As Alasdair says.

The wastegate is not opening - so either it is stuck shut, or it is just not getting the pressure signal from the apexi.

Could be that the hose from the apexi solenoid to the WG has either come off, has burst or is blocked or kinked.

Depending on what mode you are running it in, another option would be that the Apexi solenoid is either jammed, or that the connecter to it from the head unit has come loose.

What wastegate do you have? And is it in single or dual port mode?

By pass the apexi and connect control line from boost pipe straight into wastegate. This will run the wastegate in single port mode (if you are running an uprated wastegate.). Lindsey and tial are opposite way around when it comes to which nipple you attach to.
