BOSE versus Standard Stereo

Hi

How does the Bose system in the Cayenne compare to the standard stereo?

How many speakers does the standard system have and does it have an amplifier?

I have heard both, but not back to back, so can't really remember how the standard system sounded.

I have found a good car but it lacks Bose, so this is holding me back a little.

Thanks

Tan

The standard radio is CDR23 and has 10 speakers.
Power output of the CDR23 is 4x 18W

The Bose system has 2 amps : one of 100W and one of 6x 25W .
Total : 250W with 14 speakers

Personally, if the car has no PCM or Bose, I would install a nice aftermarket system with a Navi that you can update easier AND cheaper than what the OPC asks :( .

Thanks, the car that I am looking at has PCM, so aftermarket sat nav wouldn't interest me.
