ALL - BOURNE CLASSIC CAR SHOW - 9th JUNE



ALL "" As you are aware we as a Marque have been approached by a few car shows this year within our region, to present a 911 - 50th anniversary display.
One of these is the big BOURNE CLASSIC CAR SHOW on 9 June.
We have been given a very exclusive area that can accommodate up to 50 / 60 cars. We shall be assisted by our two Regional Sponsors, Porsche Specialist Gantspeed Eng, plus Porsche accredited AW Repair Centre of Sleaford that plan to have a loaned 991 on display.
In our display I would like to see the whole Porsche range from the early 356 up to the modern day, so not just 911s.
Attached to this e - mail is an entry form, which must be completed by you, if you wish to attend the show. Entry will be by pre booking only & through me.
This request will be going out to other regions also, so please do not delay I need a very strong turn out of your pride & joys.
Cars need to be on site by 10 am with the show opening to the public, at 11 am. Movement of show vehicles will not be permitted before 16.00 for Health & Safety reasons & Insurance.

looks good Richard, will be there. We have booked in at Premier inn Grantham on the saturday evening as it's a bit of a treck for us (especially for the cramped 9yr old back seat passenger!) Plenty of spaces left for Bourne, likewise for Cleethorpes W&W. We are all at the Click'em on Thurs 25th, hope to catch up with you there. It's on the Binbrook/Waltham road.
 
Hi Richard i sent the entry ages ago and i`ve seen your update mail with info and directions etc, it notes about a receipt with car details on? is that something a rep will have as we arrive? just checking as i`ve not recieved anything back I just considered i had paid the donation and booked.

ALL - entries received so far have had a receipt sent to you with a further history sheet so the public can have a read of your pride & joy. if you lost or its in your junk tray please look. I will resend if you need me to. YOU SHOULD ALL HAVE HAD THE EVENT DETAILS WHICH I SENT OUT ON THURSDAY 30 PLEASE CONTACT ME IF NOT.
